Spring onions and winter lettuce sown last week in poly tunnel are showing as is winter spinach sown outside. Broad bean that were cut right down two weeks ago are showing new flowers, but these will be touch and go as far as regards a crop before the first frosts.

Could use clematis armandii its evergreen and has nice smelling white flowers in spring, or a passion flower which is semi-evergreen depending how frosty the winter is, and has lovely blue flowers all summer and autumn.

does any one know if the big blue slug pellets have been banned? ive not been able to find them anywhere for ages . i can only find the blue mini pellets that the rain washes away. if not im going to give up looking and try sluggit thanks

sorry no can do theres a lot of people avin trouble with rabbits so im keeping mine trained in the corner where i can keep an eye on him . my arm aches after a bit but it keeps him off the plants :D

you've obviously had an adverse effect on your froggies sarra! The frogs have learnt your trick of speed reading, and when they were shown their diet after turning from tad to frog they speed read and learnt that 'only toads eat slugs, not frogs' and 'if you eat slugs, the toads will get mad and...
