    Nothings safe till the second week in June at mine. Only this week treefern fronds and gunnera new growth killed off with a savage frost.

    Quick question on this, will i be ok just concreting 3 upright sleepers on the front edge which is 3 meters long, or will i also need to put down a footing and put some 6" nails into the sleeper...

    bare root hibiscus & deutzia still dormant after 1 month?

    Bottom left, the standard bare shrub on a bare stem, hibiscus only showing tiny new shoots now and I its a lot warmer here with me than you up in Scotland.
