A bright, frosty Sunday here. Nothing doing in the garden, so I took a stroll in the countryside and just enjoyed the clear, crisp air and the stark beauty of the winter landscape. :)

          Great shots, Trunks

Personal favourites have to be: #2 with the ice on the puddle and #3 with the logs. Great form on both :dbgrtmb:

Quite by chance I'd my new little Sony in the car when we drove from the village yesterday and spotted this herd. Nothing unusual in seeing deer about here, but have never seen as many all together before. deer jan 16.jpg

For the car enthusiast - on your marks...!

Some of you may recognise the design of these cars. They're the Hindustani Motors Ambassador. Better known to us in the UK as the Morris Oxford MIII. First built in India in 1958 and the body shape hasn't changed since then. Inside and under the bonnet has been changed many times. They've now stopped producing them (there's a call for their return) and, in certain parts of India they have been an iconic piece of Old Empire for 56 years.

I *adore* this photograph! The expression on the face of the man walking behind in juxtaposition with the young lads. Perfect!!!!
