It is ... but, at least we have daylight :phew: heaven knows how I would have coped with todays power cut if it wasn't for the daylight - I'd never have been able to clean the window and *see* that it was clean :heehee:

Cold. Snow has covered everything. Looks nice but I'm sure it's not pleasant for those driving. We are approaching a weekend that will be presenting us with temperatures of -6c/-22f. [IMG]

Our forecast is that after that, we will start getting warmer, very slowly mind, but still going in the positive temps.

The sun hopped in and out of cloud today, the wind has dropped too. A huge bonus as I've spent my first half day in the garden since the end of October. :) 7C/45F

An unbelievable change as the severe gale force winds dropped overnight to almost dead calm this morning.
The sun came out this afternoon but it was still cold at only 6c.

Yes "M", it's been impossible to work out there, the weather has been non-stop high winds and rain. Many people here paint their houses white or very light colours and I was looking at them recently, many of them are now a delicate shade of green. That's how bad it's been!

.....And looking at your picture, I gave my back lawn it's first cut today, the lawns haven't stopped growing it's been so mild. :)

A mixture of sunshine and heavy cloud today. It must have rained some where nearby as a huge rainbow appeared. 6C/43F
