          I aim to please :heehee:

I try to visit once a year or so despite the eighty mile round trip. There is always something of interest.

I might see if I can get there later in the year. I know there's a bus from Worcester to Evesham but I'm not sure how connected Badsey is. And also if it's within walking ( read hobbling ) distance of any bus stop.

Went to wilkos and bought me a mini green house  did ponder over the larger one but see how this goes first.. there's always the next trip!
Also bought Winston churchill and la campanella fuschias, petunia plugs, 2 lots of begonia, antirrhinum, coreopsis and cornflower mix seeds. Vivaldi seed spuds down to 75p. 3 echinacae and 10 crocosmia mixed.. 2 solar lights, fish blood and bone, pots and seed trays. Happy lady! Oh and 5 new green pots 1456917068471657612048.jpg 1456917464308-354617254.jpg 14569175541688853867.jpg

Hi Lynd. What did you think of the plugs. I assume they were the 6 for £3? I thought they were in great condition and well packaged with the gell water retainer. Will go back for some more next week. He he.

Hi rustler, yeah they are great! I didn't notice the gel at the bottom, added bonus! Just opened them up to try and have a look at the roots and they're pretty healthy looking. I don't have a tidy camera but here's one pulled out. 1456920210088-503428490.jpg In the petunia box there's 24 plugs.. and very small but still good roots on them.

                            14569203888071205056489.jpg
There were a few that were neglected but marked down accordingly. But these great value I think compared to bedding I have bought from asda/Tesco or bnq.

I too, was impressed with the root structure. They are sitting happily in cold frame and greenhouse and looking well. Definitely going back for more at that price. Good luck with them.
