The Checkout Challenge at aldi.

For those that haven't shopped at aldi, the checkout staff are in overdrive. The challenge is to try to get your stuff back in the trolley faster than they can scan it through, so that you can make a great show of waiting for them to catch up.

 

How fast can they scan in Aldi its unreal . Smudge one or two bar codes with a felt tip to slow them down

Appreciating other people's good news & achievements

 

Poppy seeds !!! Could eat them all day .
A poppy seed roll with ham and spring onions, maybe a bit of mayo etc etc.
I once got my hands on some little sesame stick thingys (fairly small). Does anyone know what I mean, and if you can still buy them?

 

You means Sesame Snaps?

Yjey are readily available in most local independent stores around here. Most Spar stores too. Better still there is a version available that has coconut in it as well

Not sure that I like the look of them but they probably taste ace after looking at recipes!
