    Gooooood morning, all!

@moyra - sorry to read you had a bad night and are feeling less than good :grphg:

@shiney - glad your leg is better today than yesterday, but, do take things a bit slower: you're rushing it :nonofinger: :pathd:

@wiseowl - ah, saddened to hear you are still a bit off colour
    [IMG]
Hope it's not too long before you have colour in your cheeks once again
    [IMG]

@Beckie76 - Buffy and Blackfleck are broody too; it's thought that around 3 weeks should see them come out of it. If not, then some people choose to give them a cold plunge bath. Not something I've resorted to myself, I just let nature get on with it.

Healing vibes to all who need them and miles of smiles for all xxMxx

      Good day everyone,
The sun is shining but it is bitterly cold. -8c/17f and going to stay this way until, they say, the 13th.

I will be on the road most of today visiting various suppliers to pick up supplies or equipment. One of my sergers (the industrial model) self destructed the other day and I'm looking at a fairly substantial cash outlay.. But in spite of this, I am well ahead of my work schedule so when the good weather breezes in, I will be outside

Have a safe day everyone and speedy recovery to those under the weather.:)

Sorry, "M", you've used a word that I don't understand. :dunno: 'Slower'. Is that something to do with that four lettered word 'slow'? :yikes:

Actually, it's an anagram of LOWERS, as in "lowers your chances of more injury" :heehee:

(Think I got away with it :phew: Heaven forbid I should be accused of using four letter words at Shy Knee  :heehee: )

          @CanadianLori - safe travelling today!

                Aloha everyone,

I hope that those of you that are a bit under the weather are improving. :dbgrtmb:

It looks as though we have some murky weather heading our way but I made the most of the beautiful weather we had yesterday. It reached 66.2F (19C for you youngsters). I got a load of edge trimming done and Mrs Shiney did a lot more tidying up.

Mrs Shiney did very well yesterday. She entered a flower arranging competition (judged by Chelsea Flower Show judges) and won first prize (just a certificate, of which she is very proud :)) and then was presented with a silver salver for the 'Best use of garden plant material'. Good old Shineyland :hapydancsmil:

Keep well and have a great day

                Aloha!

Good morning everyone, feeling somewhat better this morning, must be all the good vibes you sent yesterday. The weather is not looking good out there and must get Amber out before the rain sets in. Shiney, hope you are on form today and WOO hope you too are feeling better. Hope all our lovely chucks are all ok too. Don't like to think of them brooding.
Have a good day all, stay warm and dry and above all safe and well.
                  God bless. :wub2:

                        Good morning :spinning:

Was up and out early this morning for our walk. Passed young calf by one gate and took the opportunity to introduce Oz. Oz decided to be vocal, which I thought would send the calf running madly in the opposite direction, but no, brave little thing was just too curious about Oz to be so easily intimidated and came back to the gate for another sniff. Ozzy responded by licking the calf's nose :heehee: An endearing moment of animal magic  Next gate, a pair of horses. This time I put Oz in a "down" and made him stay there while I had a private word with the horses. Crossed a couple of fields to get to the woods and Oz was off like a shot, chasing rabbits. He's never caught one, so they are quite safe, but it is such fun to watch and great exercise for both parties!
The sun was rising, the air was still and it was just wonderful to have the world to ourselves for a snippet of time. Tempus fugit: hadn't realised we'd been gone for a good couple of hours; my tummy must have thought my throat had been cut and was telling the whole world in grumbles  A restorative cup of tea, bacon butty and all is fixed

*shh!* Never "just", dear; never, ever, "just":mute:

:love30: :love30: :love30: Bravo! Mrs Shy Knee, bravo!! :yay:
I have no silver salver and certificates aren't my thing, but, for you and your achievements, I humbly present: :star: :star: :star:

@moyra - delighted to hear you are feeling on the up today.

                          Good morning,

I went to bed with a terrible headache & woke up with the dam thing this morning, I've had paracetamol but it won't shift, I tried my nans remedy lots of tea, (now I suspect all I shall do is pee!) But no luck, yesterday was really busy at work & quite stressful so I'm guessing that's the cause of my headache.

Anyway enough of that, we have April showers here, one minute it's beautiful blue sky & sunshine then the next it's chucking it down.

@moyra I'm pleased you are feeling better today :dbgrtmb: long may it last :dancy:. I hope Amber is ok?

@shiney :hapydancsmil:how lovely for Hannah to have done so well in the flower arranging competition :star:. :hapydancsmil:

@wiseowl I hope all is ok in the nest? :grphg:

@Zigs....your quiet this morning, what's up??? You ok?

@liliana, I haven't seen you on here for a few days, I hope all is well your end? :grphg:

I'd better go & at least show my face at work, but first I shall lift buttercup out of the nesting box & put her in front of the food bowl :rolleyespink:

                          Enjoy your day folks :grphg:
