Just got myself a greenhouse on Gumtree - a real bargain a Robinson's Royale complete with 3 automatic roof vents; 1 side louvre; double width staging both sides plus single width staging above on one side; double doors; 12.5 ft long by 8.5ft wide all for ................... £145  :roflol:
Guy who was selling it recently moved into house, but not interested in gardening  so just wanted rid so he could put in a shed:yikes:
It is now in the process of being assembled roof glazed only sides to do and doors to fit then fill it with all sorts of goodies. To say I'm chuffed would be an understatement.:ccheers:

Certainly a bargain. You might want to consider an extra roof vent and another side louvre to improve ventilation. Mine is a similar size and has 4 roof vents. Don't forget the water butts.

                    Couple of photos.
                    Before dismantling

Assembly, there is a slight slope in the garden so laid on slabs, double slabs laid on a cement base on the far side. Could not get it all slabs so the gap is / will be anchored in concrete.

                    Where I am now

Ohhh I love that! I need a bigger greenhouse. My 6 x 6 currently has about half a square foot of floor space. :frown: It was free though so can't complain.

I know what you mean. I have an 8 x 6 at the allotment and last year it was like a jungle trying to get in with the number of tomato and chilli plants I had in it. This new one, which is in my back garden, should help but somehow I doubt it when I look at all the young plants I have coming on at the moment. My wife says I might need another greenhouse one to accommodate them all.:rolleyespink:

Very nice. Yes, it is very easy to quickly fill a greenhouse. Love the size of yours!

Thankfully my friend has given me a 8 x 4 cold frame but I guess I'll have that full as soon as it's built. :)

Starting to fill up nicely now. 1st tomatoes potted up, chillies next, flowers almost ready to go out. All good so far. The cat is not very happy getting kicked out her new home:snork:
