You really do put a lot of work into your garden
How did Mrs MF like the table and chairs?
They will flower next year. This year they will build up their energy stores.

Thank you Lynd, the table and chair ends often turn up on eBay £15+ a pair depending on the style, me and the wife love them, it will be a nice little project restoring them :).

More work done today, nothing is fixed yet but the hardest bit is done, digging and levelling, it will start coming together quite quick now :).

:) You can buy restoration kits here there not cheap but you would have a dam good chair/bench when finished, I'm a joiner so will be making my own :), yes they do turn up on GT just keep checking Lynd :).

When I had a quick look at the ends I noticed some have slots for the slats of wood and with some others the wood is bolted in holes (if you get me) and got a lil scared, so thanks for that restoration link it has made it a bit simpler with the assembly guide and might just be what I'm after if we cant't get the right wood or parts. Have no woodwork skills what so ever but the mr is a brickie with a few other skills so may have to rope him in on it.. would be a great project to take on :) Thank you.

Hi, lots of bits done today secured and fixed all sleepers/painted the back with more wood protector/sanded the top sleepers and oiled them/started backfilling, it looks like I need a patio door now more work,

Very pleased with how its looking the top sleeper is a nice height for extra seating.
