You've captured some great shots there woo
I especially like photo #4: with the pale sky reflecting the blue from the bluebells, looks almost like a woodland layer cake :snorky:
I've tried taking some on my camera phone over the past few days, but I don't think I've managed a good composition (still haven't uploaded them yet )

I love bluebells :) - sadly, there aren't as many to be seen where I am now, but I used to love to see the blue carpet in the woodlands around my hometown. In fact, we would often go a drive out just to see the bluebells.

Then the next day off you have, you should do *just* that! Don't allow it to become a distant memory, get Mrs & Ms FC out in the car and find the nearest bluebell woods to where you are and pack a picnic!

Bluebells bring back a lot of happy memories for me. At one end of the village I grew up in, there was the Bluebell woods where we used to play as children. At the other end was the Bluebell Inn where we used to play as adults!:snork:

Same views for me today in Sussex. Ash and Hornbeam with a carpet of bluebells...one of the wonders of nature in SE England.

                  3) The Bold One (see how it has planted itself in an old stump?)

Nice strong clump of them there @pamsdish I love how they just pick a place, root and then call it home because then you get lovely surprises

Thank you Mr Woo, very kind of you to say so and I do appreciate your feedback :)

Hi @pamsdish lovely group of Spanish Blubells (Hyacinthoides Hispanica) as opposed to the English Blubells (Hyacinthoides Non-Scripta) but still adds a bit of colour to the hedgerows.

@woo love the ones that are growing in the old log,it is amazing how the seeds can distribute themselves in unusual places unless the birds pooped them there:biggrin:

Our garden ones are just coming into to flower and often we go to Coton Manor Gardens to walk through their bluebell woods and the scent is fantastic.Have also seen the odd white English Bluebell in the wild but they seem to be as rare as hens teeth.

Many thanks for sharing them with us
