    Good morning,

It looks like we are in for a beautiful sunny day here, I'm going to stay at home today & get on with all my jobs & do some gardening, the forecast for tomorrow is rain so thought I'd go into work, I have a few loose ends to tie up & I'd like to get ahead before Kev gets busy at work again.

Kev needs to get on with clearing out his shed :phew:, it has been a dumping ground for too long & is full of cr@p, he's made a good start but he's quickly going off the idea, I need to crack the whip! A friend at work has given him some old cupboards which she had in her garage, they are in situ so it's just a case of clearing out & putting stuff away, I'm hoping one of the lawn mowers will then fit in there to free up some space in my shed.

Mr Rat-a-tat-tat & his family are also in for a treat today, it's peanut butter time :dbgrtmb: I will win the fight! :paladin:

I hope you are all well, have a good day & I shall catch up with you all later :hapydancsmil:

Goooooooood morning WW'ers on this bright and sunny day :spinning:

@moyra "white rabbits" ... my mother used to say that :heehee: isn't it for months when there isn't an "R" in the month?

No information "sent" around here either but they did set up profiles on the BBC County News pages. Maybe you can find some information there? :dunno:

Well done, Mrs Shy Knee!!! :yay: Turn that idea into a plan (that's one way to make the old boy take a break  :heehee: :sofa: )

@Beckie76 - ah, Kev and his cr@p eh :heehee: Do remember: his cr@p came in very handy a couple of months ago, I seem to recall? :heehee: Good luck with Mr Rat-a-Tat :paladin:

Well, after yesterday's doings in the garden, I'm a little achy today, so it will be a "pottering" kind of day out there, I think. Mind you, every time I go out there "just for a cuppa" my eye/mind gets distracted and I end up doing something/more than I first planned :heehee:
Mr "M" is working this afternoon/evening, so any heavy jobs I'll have to sweet talk him into doing before he goes; although, to be fair, I did all of them yesterday!

Healing vibes for those in need and miles of smiles for all xxMxx

            Morning early people :)

You know you've had a good time when you wake up in Wiltshire with an empty bag of doughnuts :)

Lovely sunny morning  Need to find something to do that's not too taxing on the foot, it's playing up again :old:

Have a good day everyone and don't punch anyone just because its the 1st :yikes:

              Morning all.

Had a bit of a lie in this morning, didn't get home from the pub quiz until after midnight. I think we had a frost here this morning, I wasn't up early enough to see.

We didn't exactly excel ourselves in the pub quiz (8th out of 11 teams), but as we all trooped out into the pub car park at around midnight we had a real treat. Somewhere very close by in the darkness, a nightingale was singing for all his worth. I'd forgotten what a truly beautiful sound those little birds make.
              :wub2:

We're off to a local large country house today, to a charity art and sculpture show. It'll be nice to have a wander round the house and grounds and see something a little different.

Hope you all have a good day, enjoy the sunshine if you have it. :)

                  Good day everyone
Wow, it sounds like everyone's been busy and have firm plans for the rest of this weekend.

Sunrise is happening here and because we have total cloud cover the skies seem to be a very light pastel pink. It's been raining and that is good because we need the water. Because it's miserable outside I shall get some wage earning work done. I am trying very hard to work when it's nasty outside so that I'm ready to go out and play when it's pleasant. At least that's the plan..

Have a good and safe rest of the weekend!

We have the voting for the Police Commissioner and the Council here, Shiney. Apart from his name I nothing about the first although the Cheshire Police Headquarters is about half a mile or less from me. The Council is Labour run and has been for years. To be fair they haven't done a bad job but the spectre of Corbyn is not going to help them.:hate-shocked::dunno::snork:

I'll have three ballot papers to mark on Thursday. We have a Police Commissioner to elect, Borough Council elections and a by-election in our ward for the County Council too. How exciting! :heehee:

                              Morning all.

Cloudy and breezy here, but much milder overnight than it has been recently.

Nice day out yesterday, went to see some sculptures and artwork at a charity exhibition which was set in beautiful gardens at a large country house. On the way home we called in to a wood nearby owned by Suffolk Wildlife Trust, to see the bluebells in all their spring glory and see if we could spot the deer which roam around there.

Got to pop in to work for an hour or so this morning, then the rest of the day is mine, so I'll be catching up on some jobs in the garden today.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe and well. :)
