Wild flowers you have seen out walking 2016

Alexanders, Abbotsbury Hill (reckon that car probably crashed avoiding all the people standing in the road taking pics of wildflowers).

 

More likely the smoke from Jiffy and mines bonfire got him

At least the Police have now erected a sign to help protect wildflower photographers standing in the road, but they forgot the one saying 'no torching wrecked motors'. Looks like a few Alexanders also got burnt.

 

The signage is pretty spot on though @Scrungee

"Police Aware" and "Police Slow" ... to do anything about it!

 

We didn't want to leave our dabs on it Too hot for cooking flatfish.

 

It didn't take'm long to put up a sign, up here it would be even slower

Think I can ID those three wild flowers for you @nFrost. Ox-eye Daisy, Vetch (not sure which one) and White Campion.

 

Thank you. I really like the White Campion, looks like its quite difficult to germinate though.

 

Round Leaved Sundew just starting to grow and glistening in the sun,waiting for small insects.
