Goos point about the fence, i like my privacy and its no good for nude s uploadfromtaptalk1461333715274.jpg unbathing [emoji23] .

I built this for my 2 youngest, looks a bit imposing at the moment, but once the banana and Paulownia grow up, it won't be ok visible.

YES!! :wub2: That hut is fab, that's where I got the idea for the cave/den, sorry didn't realise it was you who made it! My son wouldn't come out of it, guaranteed! (like the dragonfly too!)
Haha we don't do nude sunbathing but we (I) have got a 10ft pool and I'm in it all day with the kids given some sun, so the fence is a must!

Like @Beckie76 , I'm still in the growing stage of our garden, so each year I hope it will be better than last year. Ask me again in 10 years (probably the answer will be the same though, as I always want to move forward...)

We got a nice surprise today. Next door have had some cowboys in to do a full crown removal on the massive tree that overhangs my garden. I'd got used to the tree, sort of, but always would have liked to see it go, or at least shrunk.

Now that's happened, I'm more motivated to redo the back garden, now it will get much more light.

My garden was pretty awful last year to be honest, and this year is going to be even worse due to circumstances outwith my control. I decided at the weekend just to plod away with what we have now and accept that this year is a write-off and hopefully next year will be different.

@fat controller , don't give up FC , you can get a lot of bedding plants at the supermarkets now for not a lot off cash :blue thumb: Asda were doing 3 x 6 packs for £5 on Saturday.
It's not compulsory to grow everything from seed to be on GC

It's a pity, if I lived nearer I'd come round and give you a hand. :blue thumb:

What you need to do is have a gardening party. You provide some food and drink and everyone comes and does some gardening.

                      Gratuitous piece of useless information:-

They used to do a similar thing in places like Barbados and some of the islands in the Caribbean when they moved jobs. They had what were called Chattel Houses and these were prefabricated houses that could be moved fairly easily. When someone lost their job on a plantation, or just moved jobs, they used to take their house with them. The houses were set on blocks so that they were easily moved. The owner called a Chattel House Party where everyone came along, helped dismantle the house and move it to the new site and then reassemble it. The owner, at the new site, made a big barbeque and supplied loads of rum - after the house was in place - and they had a rave up. Hic!!!! :ccheers: :loll:

There are still some chattel houses in the Caribbean.

The meaning of the word Chattel is personal property that is movable. :blue thumb: Hence, your possessions are chattels.
