Moyra, I am sorry to hear of your problems. You are in my thoughts, take it easy. Things don't always go the way we want them to. Peter came home late afternoon, he hadto have 6 stitches in his gum. He is sleeping at the moment. I expect he won't be doing much for the next few days. :grphg:

        Aloha everyone,

@moyra @liliana our thoughts are with you and we wish both of you a lot better :grphg:

I've done a bit of work in the garden this morning and it's no colder than it was all day yesterday.

Although we hadn't seen Sarafi around for a few days he made up for it yesterday. He was inspecting all the work we were doing - all day long! :cat-kittyandsmiley:

Keep well and have a great day

        Aloha!

          Good morning everyone.

Lili, I hope Peter is feeling better this morning and your foot is less painful. I am still assimilating the news I was given yesterday.

I hope the weather is going to be great on the weekend and that everything goes with a swing, shall miss not seeing you all.

Have a great day everyone, take care, stay warm and dry and above all safe and well, God bless.

            Good morning,

@liliana I'm pleased to hear Peter is back home, I know you will be busy looking after him but please look after yourself & that poorly foot too :grphg:.

@moyra :grphg: for you too, take it easy today please. I know it's easy for me to say but you will be in the best place at the hospital, the chances are they won't need to keep you in over night, Im sure it's just a precaution.

My bin fight is next on my list, I wish everyone just got on with their work instead of being difficult :thud:.

Poor Kev is shattered he was under an enormous amount of pressure yesterday, he looks like something the cats brought in this morning! :yikes:

Overcast here but it's not cold or wet so I can't grumble :)

            Enjoy your day folks :grphg:

Hi Moyra, Well, Peter is not too good, he is in a lot of pain, not able to eat much, I have left him in bed. I think it will a long weekend. My toe is always throbbing, I cannot get a result until next week, it's annoying.

                  Aloha everyone,

I think I overdid it a bit yesterday  but the painkillers help.

No chance!! :rolleyespink: I shan't be doing any more gardening but all the setting up gets done today. Tables, gazebos, chairs, plants for sale (just putting the plants out takes at least a couple of hours). Then there's all the tidying up and hosing down. Signs to put up, sandwiches to make (Jenny is coming to help with those :blue thumb:). Then, after midnight (when I get back from bridge) I have to go to the village hall for more tables, urns, teapots, jugs, trays etc.

Then up and out at five in the morning putting out police cones (some of them are quite heavy), cloths on tables (using a catering paper roll this year which will need to be sellotaped down) etc. etc. etc.

Keep well and have a great day

                  Aloha!

Evening late people, hope everyone is well. Best wishes to those of you not feeling too good at the moment and hope things soon improve for you.

Just sat down for a beer and a quick browse, after a hectic day at work getting everything up to date for the long weekend. Mrs Trunky has gone off on holiday with a gaggle of her sisters and cousins for a week, so I've got the place to myself now. :ccheers: :hapydancsmil: (Not that I'm enjoying it of course). :snork:

@shiney. I hope the preparations are going well, see you tomorrow. :dbgrtmb:

                            Good evening,

I've had a flipping cold since Sunday (which I've been ignoring) today I've felt blinking awful :thud:, im going to have some paracetamol & go to bed in a minute, hopefully the fact that I didn't sleep very well last night is the main contributor for me feeling so awful, I hope I shall be as fit as a flea in the morning. I've got my plants already for Shineyland :hapydancsmil:, I looking forward to having a "look" (I said look:whistle: :heehee: ) at Hannah's lovely handmade crafts :hapydancsmil:& of course seeing our forum members :dbgrtmb:, eating cake & giving the asparagus a little tickle! :roflol:.

The hens finally went to bed at 21.40! Harriet had to be given some encouragement to go to bed! She thinks she's an owl!!

2 rat traps set :paladin:, little beast is far too clever for us to catch!

                            Good night everyone :grphg:
