I have a feeling it could be an Asarina and if it is I've given up on them as I can't get them to germinate :(

Callistemon Salignus, first to flower, not a good winter for them, I have lost two, C masotti and citrinus Splendens, C pallidus has no buds and C laevis was badly scorched all due to two nights of -7c.
