From the outside looking in, I reckon the bookies have got it wrong this time. They are as much in the dark as everyone else...but what do I know?:dunno:

All the mutterings that I am hearing at work etc, pretty much everyone is saying the same thing - they are voting out.

If I thought voting out would do us all some good then that is the way that I would vote but after reading Martin Lewis's article on his Money Saving Expert site I am tending to go for an in vote even though I shall probably regret it straight after:snorky:

I was chatting to cl1.1 about it. He is 7. So I had to simplify.

It boiled down to this. We are in a club with Spain and France and lots of other countries. We have to choose whether to leave the club, but stay friends, unless they get in a mood because we left in which case they might sulk for a while. Or stay in the club and probably fall out, because they want to do things that we might not want to.

It took 1.1 all of 3 seconds to decide that it makes more sense to leave the club.

I've made my mind up and they can tell me anything from now on, I'm not changing it.
Too much rubbish being spoken, so best to just go with what you have always thought, and I'm sure most "thinking" people have had an opinion for many years, one way or the other.

Argentina has a total tax rate of 137% How does that work? People pay more tax than they actually earn? Does that mean if they earn 100 quid they have to steal another 37 quid to pay their tax?

Ah well, if Martin Lewis reckons we should stay in, then I am definitely voting out. I cannot stand that guy.

Dont think Martin Lewis has to worry about how much he is being payed.
Has anyone noticed, its those big earners, the high flying, multimillionaires that all want to stay in.

And @longk , and @wiseowl , do you think there is something they are not telling us.

That seems to be the case. Them and the still wet behind the ears academic youth.

But as much as I'm leaning towards voting out, we can't ignore the fact that those high flying multi millionaires you speak of are often the same people that run successful companies that employ those of us that are not high flying multi millionaires.
