    As I've done a short thread on the gardens of Heligan (they're not lost anymore, I know exactly where they are), I thought one on the nearby Eden project might be nice for anyone visiting.

    A fascinating place and so worth a trip if you're nearby, you can get an annual pass for the same price as a day trip too! So we went twice :)

    Awhhh - if I'd known that I would have purchased an annual pass and given it to the next person to stay in our holiday flat:smile:.

    I don't know about you - but we had to leave the tropical dome about half way through the 'tour' - the heat was unbearable.

    They're a canny bunch I'm afraid - they take your picture to go with the pass. Couldn't see if they actually check that when we returned however.
    It did get really hot! There's a cool room about halfway through which we made use of with the little one.
