Yep, that's hedge woundwort, handy if you cut your arm off

 

How about for mosquito bites? Got jabbed three times on Friday! Still scratching like mad. Also got bitten on the leg by another insect, swollen with fluid and very itchy. Going a bit purple and yellow now!

Nice bit of Mallow there Zigs, although it looks like the lower leaves have caught some herbicide damage.

Have you ever tried eating the small green immature seeds which form after the flowers have faded? We used to call them bread & cheese back in those long lost summer days of my childhood. Tasty, but not very filling.

Nice snail on the wall too.

 

You'm right there Trunk, council blokes come round and spray stuff that's nice

I was only thinking today what a lovely job they've got. Bloke turns up in a council van at 10.25, takes a bin bag in hand and looks at 2 bins in the layby, no need to empty them so sits in van till 11.35 before going on to next layby

Glad i'm not paying council tax yet, but when I do there's gonna be questions raised
