I had a lovely suprised last night Kev came home a day early .

I shall be voting tonight on my way home, I have another busy day today .

My car is booked in for MOT tomorrow , it's just been serviced so I'm hoping it will be ok .

The night was very noisy with the rain and the storm but sleep was nigh on impossible with the humidity! Time to get the fan out for the night time, the humidity is just too unfair on Ozzy with his double coat. Today was forecast to be 24hr rain, but, it's bright blue skies out there and ... hot
Made a start on packing away the bunting, flags and pinwheels; the other neighbours still have theirs up, but I feel it has been long enough now. Time for the plants to take over the show

Good day everyone
We are having another sunny day. Which I don't mind at all as I sit here listening to the sprinkler system make its way through the various little zones. Then I'll go down and run my little low flow irrigation through it's various zones and all shall be ready for a nice day.

I do have some wage earning work to do but plan to only work on that until lunch time. Then go out and get the mess I made yesterday, sorted. I'm a little stiff in the hips from yesterday as you have to keep your pelvis thrust forward/sorta arched posture in order to keep some control in the 150 kph winds and I must be a little out of shape. I'll work through it and it will be gone by the end of the day.

Please have a super voting day everyone. The whole world is watching and hoping for whatever the result, it works for the best.

 

@shiney we get inundated with U.S. media 365 days a year but I feel that because they are our neighbour and we share trade agreements and language and are generally friendly with one another, it is important to keep up with their news. On the other hand, I don't think the people across the border have much exposure to our media and therefore are fairly ignorant of goings on north of the border. We've had people coming up here to Ontario, in the summer, looking for places to snow ski ! But it doesn't bother us...

Good day all,
A lovely sunny day here. Not especially warm which is wonderful since I didn't get my work outside done yesterday and will do so today. Also need to do laundry and it will be a wonderful day to hang out the bed linens. Always smells so nice after being dried outside.

I see exit was the majority vote. Interesting times to come. And I cross my fingers that the future holds nothing but good returns.

@moyra - I do hope that this time you will get some satisfaction for your visit.
