absolutely gorgeous weather for the past 3 days...I can withstand it with a constant supply of ice cold drinks, in the shadow under the fan and wet clothes on I will soon be heading to cooler climates...!

It's much cooler thank god and there's a nice breeze. There's also quite a lot of cloud cover but no sign of any rain.

Mostly cloudy today with an hour or so of sunshine, even though the temperatures are up and down the humidity seems to have stayed with us over the last few weeks. 17C/63F

Cloudy start but that was perfect for an 8 mile walk. Sun appeared later and warmed up but only to 21c. Still no rain here but it looks like we will go into some on our way up to Birkenhead tomorrow (again).

Another hot horrible day.

Blue skies and occasional white fluffys. Only 29 deg again today.

We did manage to get down to Worcester today ( a birthday treat for my mom ) bit cooler down in the Severn Valley, only 27 deg.

I'd love to know when we're going to get some rain :(

We've worked it out to around 9 weeks now, except for two days.

So you haven't had any rain for nine weeks, except for two days?
Does that mean you haven't had rain for nine weeks in two days time, or you haven't had any rain for nine weeks apart from on two days?

Sorry a bit confusing. ( Me brains been fried I think ).

I meant apart from two days.

On Wednesday it will be ten weeks.

I've never moaned about rain, I love it and many times I've been out gardening In it.
I'm that rare breed that likes walking in it
