    Goodmorning everyone
@"M" had a good sort through yesterday and now have a full bin bag of clothes to donate. Now I'm thinking about having at the basement next time we have a rainy day. I like putting in shelves and things. Just use a level when marking the mounting hardware and you can't go wrong :)

@Zigs I sure hope you get that foot attended to. And also that you have a nice visit with Willow and bfriend. :grphg:

I hope everyone else is feeling well and that soon this weather gives a big sigh and goes back down to seasonal temperatures. I'd rather too much heat than snow but really enjoy shirtsleeve weather!

    Safe day all :)

    and @Becky76, later.... :Wino:......:snorky:

                Hi Everyone,

                Thanks for your good wishes.

I'm gradually getting things sorted. Phone messages, emails and snail mail dealt with. Picked loads of beans and courgettes, watering done and just turned the sprinkler off (will continue with sprinkler tomorrow.

We've had a hectic 10 days touring around in the 30+C degree heat. Flew to Munich (dodged the bombs) then on to Salzburg, Vienna (went to a great concert), Budapest, Linz, Bratislava etc. Now we need a holiday! :phew:

Just downloading our couple of thousand photos. :rolleyespink:

Keep well and have a comfortable night.

                    Aloha everyone,

Good wishes to all of you that are not feeling too good. :grphg:

@wiseowl Thank you very much and all the best to you and your family from Mrs S and myself.

I've managed to get some water to part of the veg garden (had the sprinkler on it for four hours last night) and it's starting to show a good response to it. The sprinkler is now working on another part of the veggies.

Although we had friends coming in every day to water the greenhouse and pots/baskets and everything under cover they always seem to miss a few and we're hoping those will recover. Apparently there has been no rain in Shineyland for the ten days we were away. :noidea:

It's interesting to see the change in just ten days. Some flowers have finished and others are in full bloom.

Sadly, our golden plum tree has come down (split straight down the middle) :cry3:. It's my favourite plum and the tree has been there since 1939. We'll cut away the collapsed part and see if the remaining part survives but it doesn't look good as the trunk is split vertically.

More courgettes are ready for picking, where they had all the watering yesterday, and I'll get Mrs Shiney to pick them as I'm allergic to the leaves. I'm also allergic to the leaves of cucumbers, tomatoes and some conifers :noidea:. That's why I always wear long sleeves and gloves when working in the garden - just in case anything else may affect me. Also, it keeps my hands looking pretty :loll:.

I've now got to iron two weeks worth of shirts!

Keep well and have a great day

                    Aloha!

Nurse Joy said me foot is not as bad as she was expecting from the hopital notes. Put a high tech dressing on which will apparently make it go pummy before making it better :yikes:

Good 2 to 3 weeks with no work though before it heals

Said i'm not allowed to play Pokémon Go while boiling a kettle again.
