More egg on my face A quick Google reveals that the boat 'African Queen' was featured in the film of the same name......not connected with 'Casablanca' in any way.

Sunflower ... and moon.

 

It took a while for me to spot the moon Trunky.

 

Not very obvious is it? It's one of those occasions when the human eye picks out something clearly, which doesn't look nearly as good when seen through a camera.

It was one of those quick spur of the moment shots which presented itself as I was wandering round the garden with the camera early this morning.

I had to be quick before the moon disappeared behind the apple tree and this was the only shot where the sunflower was anywhere near in focus.

 

Black & white cottages of Herefordshire (in B&W of course)......well worth a visit.

 

Not sure how the thumbnail pic of an old cottage crept in there That cottage was from a bit of research I was doing on local history.
