      They are plastic Cannas from Poundland :biggrin:
      @joolz68 , as with the rest of my gardening , I don't have a clue how things happen ! I just use slow release fertiliser and tomato food on them . Never seem to get slug damage on the leaves .

          Lovely shade! i dont see many cream shaded ones! and it has the thick leaves like my rose quartz ,it looks a solid canna :) @WeeTam

                Just wondering..julie moment... if a canna rhizome given the perfect conditions could it just keep growing,how big would it spread
                ? there is no evidence of the largest one on google :noidea:

                    I have the feeling Cannas would do the same as many plants that grow in a similar way.

                    They would grow outwards, at the same time dying back at the centre, kind of forming an ever enlarging ring, after a while the ring actually becomes unnoticeable.

                        Well, just knock it out the pot and divide the rhizome, with a leafy shoot attached that has roots.

                        If the plant is virused all shoots will be affected, so best to just dump the whole plant.

                        Before it spreads to the rest of your Cannas.
