Gorgeous morning for walking the dog, we had a lovely walk with the world pretty much all to ourselves except for the sheep, horses, cows and, of course, the birds.

@CanadianLori - hope they can get to the cause of your belt issues. Have a wonderful day with your Grandson.

@shiney - my neighbour waited for the wind to be in the right direction for a bonfire last night; my direction

Morning all, hope everyone is well.

It's a beautiful sunny morning here. I've been outside and fed the chickens, watered the greenhouse and given the brassicas a quick spray for caterpillars before the sun gets up.

Looks like we had a little rain here during the night, don't know when, I never heard a thing.

Got the house to myself this morning, Mrs Trunky is away visiting cousins in Sussex, that must be why I slept so well.

Right, time for a fried breakfast methinks.

Hello everyone,

I think I'm back on the GC planet . Oh my days I've been so busy , anyway I'm up to date now & it's time for a week of much reduce hours starting Tuesday .
Kev has managed to do a few outside jobs & I've helped with clearing up as &when I could. I ve been at home this evening & strimmed the farmers side of the fence so I can spray paint the fence in the week, I've also weeded the drive & made a start on the flowerbeds.
I hope you are all keeping well & enjoying the sunshine.
