I am loving this cosmos at the moment

    CIMG0045.JPG

The first signs of flowers on a Mina Lobata; with all the crazy weather this year I never thought it would ever take off!

    CIMG0050.JPG

I had forgotten I sown these seeds  but a wonderful surprise

    CIMG0070.JPG

Another "surprise" are the Bridgewater Beans (thank you @Zigs ) which have covered one side of my garden arch and waving at the sky.

That's my mum's middle name @"M", so if it's anything like her personality I would imagine red or orange.

Well it is meant to be a white with a frilly pink on the outer edges of the flowers. Maybe more your Mum's undies than her personality? :heehee:

Not grown sweet corn for years, so quite pleased with this.
if all the cobs come out this good I will be happy.

The Eucomis, now, that's lovely. Mine hasn't got such a good colour, though. Have you propagated it from seed, longk? I noticed some seed pods forming and wonder if it's worth a go?

I propagated it using the leaf cutting method. Dead easy. Sparkling Burgundy is a selection of E.comosa so the seed is extremely unlikely to come true.
