Yes, they're costed into the premium but you don't they don't reduce the price for not having freebies. So the price is set, and you get the freebies thrown in. Only a semantic difference.

 

I use a hair grip (better than a hairpin or hair clip) but I would, wouldn't I?

I have been using a combination of olive oil (Mrs C dripping it in off a warmed spoon), and the Otex which is urea hydrogen peroxide, and using the syringe kit. After using the Earex yesterday a hell of a lot more wax came away than has done all week, so things are improving. I will keep up the regime until it is sorted

 

Well, after another shot of Earex followed by a syringing session, I have hearing back in my left ear! You should have seen the crud that came out - oh my God!!

The slight downside is that my left ear is so clear now that my right ear sounds dull, so I am going to have to do the right side....
