There is a flaw in her plan: these people don't have any ;) if they did ... they wouldn't need to disguise themselves/hide behind a mask ;)

If someone has a heart attack and dies after being spooked by these idiots, will they be charged with murder?

A guy was fined and given a prohibition order in Caerphilly today for dressing as a killer clown, then chasing children as they came out of school.

No, but with enough firm evidence maybe of Involuntary Manslaughter...........

                "Involuntary Manslaughter
Involuntary manslaughter is the unlawful killing of another human being without intent. The absence of the intent element is the essential difference between voluntary and involuntary manslaughter. Also in most states, involuntary manslaughter does not result from a heat of passion but from an improper use of reasonable care or skill while in the commission of a lawful act or while in the commission of an unlawful act not amounting to a felony.

Generally there are two types of involuntary manslaughter: (1) criminal-negligence manslaughter; and (2) unlawful-act manslaughter. The first occurs when death results from a high degree of Negligence or recklessness, and the second occurs when death is caused by one who commits or attempts to commit an unlawful act, usually a misdemeanor."

Ive never liked clowns and especially dislike sado`s that copy the latest desperate for attention social media fads.

If anyone comes near me with a threatening clown face I`ll send them to hospital :catapult:

Dressing up as a 'creepy clown' and frightening the likes of children, lone women and old folks is so 'yesterday'. The latest craze to sweep the country is to become a clown bashing vigilante. They've even got their own facebook group to organise their clown hunting.

The situation is going to get out of hand unless the police take some decisive action to stamp out this dangerous craze. Apparently they already have undercover officers dressed as clowns out looking for clues

I've just read about the lad in Blackburn that was attacked by a machete wielding clown the other day. From the news report, it looks as if he will lose the use of his hand.

Its not that the situation is going to get out of control, when things like that happen, things already are out of control.

Edit: This craze is happening here also, with these clowns attacking women.
