      I did consider joining some of the cheap trade places, but some of them wanted up to £25 for membership:doh: and I thought there was no realistic way I could recover that in a year through my purchases:dunno::snork:.

      I remember reading once that something like 20% of the population struggle to do basic maths and the supermarkets knowing this make these deals as a result, not nice really.

            The Supermarkets probably think the other 80% can do mental arithmetic but are too apathetic and moronic to think other than that the Supermarkets are ethical, trustworthy. and there just for the good of the General Public.:dunno::doh::snork:

              I love those adverts which say you can "save" money by buying whatever it is they're selling, whereas I always think I can save more money by not buying them at all.:dunno::heehee:
