This morning on the news, it was announced that the first result was in, with Mrs Clinton having 50% of the vote. Admittedly, the area that voted only has 8 people eligable to vote. Clinton had 4 votes, Trump 2, someone else 1, and one paper was voided.lol

That sounds fine, logically, Redstar, but two State Election Data bases have allegedly been hacked, the FBI has already stated that both Republican and Democratic government servers have been hacked for years with foreign countries widely believed to be responsible, all without being noticed. The FBI were also hacked by two Hackers who got into the AOL e-mails of the CIA Director while also getting into the personal e-mails and phone accounts US Chief James Clapper, and to finish off got into the AOL e-mail of the FBI Deputy Director.
So where's the pursuit of law regarding those incidents, organisations and persons for failing to keep secure systems?? Well, there hasn't been, nor will there be as we both know:dunno:. As I said earlier, if there was anyone with enough moral courage and political strength to turn over the stones at every level in the Political world then they've find thousands of cases of misuse, abuse and downright carelessness regarding security of e-mail accounts of both the Republic and Democratic Parties............but that ain't going to happen as it's not in the interests of both Parties to slip into the Whirlpool of self destruction.
So why has the Republican Presidential Candidate fixated and pursued the allegations about his rival? He has a uncontrollable need for power and attention that has, and is, embarrassing other members of the Republican Party, [some of whom he regards with contempt and part of the "corrupt establishment" along with the Democrats]. If the only ammunition he has is allegations of mental stability, drug use, corruption, etc, while he avoids looking looking into the mirror knowing that he has been declared bankrupt 4 times, leaving behind crashed small businesses and workers out of a job, then he's misrepresenting his past to himself and the American public, but in this tunnel visioned, highly biased, hate filled, abusive campaign that doesn't seem to matter.:dunno:
But when we look at the way that the American public ignores the fact that both candidates are unsuitable and fails to do something about it while each side of the battle seems to hunt, dream up, blow out of all proportion, every hint of scandal, misdoing, mistakes, and conspiracy they find in an effort not to recognise that either Candidate is really the person they would vote for. And that the whole political system of both Parties wants, as my Discipline Flight Sergeant while I was an Apprentice in the RAF told me with a fixed eye, "a good pull through with a Christmas Tree"
As I said, I have the greatest respect for the USA but right now it's being lowered in status by it's own Political system and Politicians in front of the whole World and the only people that can do something about it is the ordinary "Joe" on the Street. God Bless America:love30::snorky:

The World and his friend doesn't trust her, but they also don't trust Trump even more. Everyone is thinking "how on earth did such powerful country create a system that brings to the fore two such unsuitable candidates to stand for the post of POTAS? How can several hundred million sane american citizens be forced to accept the situation where Dollars seems to overcome Democracy and the whole of the USA is divided and plunged into turmoil by two candidates that nobody would buy a second hand car from?

I hit the agree button but I didn't read it all @ARMANDII .
      Just the last bit.

The Republicans could have walked it, if they had just come up with someone other than Trump, he just doesn't look like presidential material.
Clinton, well she will be falling over much more in the future if she gets the job.

Trump is at least honest about how he sees things, like him or not.
Clinton just looks dodgy to me, in more ways than one.

I have no political foot in either side, Pete, but I would question your assessment of Trump's honesty as this is a man who has never paid Federal Taxes for years. One of his many business losses was one of $916 Million dollars which has allowed him under the rules to avoid paying taxes for up to 15 years. I doubt whether any of the contractors and businesses that have been pursuing him for decades for payment without success or the trail of people suffering job losses left behind him during his own successful career would define him as honest.:dunno::doh:
I'm not saying Clinton is a better candidate, far from it. But we seem to be falling into the trap of accepting the very real fact that neither are fit to be President of the USA but then saying "Oh well, he/she is better because of.........." when, in fact, we know it's not true. Trump is honest??..........Yeah, sure.

Really wanted to stay up to watch the votes roll in.. this is one of the scariest things I've ever encountered!
I would like neither of them to be president, Bernie should of got in.. world war 3 is going to happen, whoever wins.
If I was American I think I'd vote Trump though.. can't believe it myself. Watched a doc on him taking over land for golf courses in Scotland a few years back, complete narcissistic turd. Then again the Clinton's are vile :mute:

:) remember how Gore won the election but Bush was made president. Gore got more votes and the all important Florida State vote was manipulated from a Gore win to a Bush win.

Already tonight its being reported on Fox News that there are numerous " broken" voting machines.

Some voters have been reporting that their vote has changed before their eyes from republican to democrat ?

If various characters can hack into NASA, pentagon ,banks etc etc I'm sure hacking into these voting machines can't be impossible.

Ask one of the 20000 Tesco bank customers over here about the security of secure online banking.

So I'm still going for the blonde buffoon to win but the Clinton crook to be made President.:rasp:

Sitting here watching the results. Great. We had a choice between a criminal witch (no cussing, but witch wasn't my first descriptive word of choice LOL) and a loud mouth buffoon. I didn't vote for either one in the primaries. For far too long we have voted for a two headed snake. No matter which side you voted for, it was the same body. Many of us Americans are sick and tired of the corruption and want the "establishment politicians" OUT. But how to get them out when they are all corrupt and watching each other's backs-and certainly not ours-the voters. I voted early and it wasn't for the criminal. She belongs in prison.

Well that about Trumps it for the world; as with BREXIT be careful what you vote for you might get it.
Many of the same groups of people that voted for BREXIT have voted for Trump.
I feel the world is becoming a colder, darker and less friendly place.
