      Mistle Thrush.

Two very distant shots of another/same? Great Grey Shrike at Morden Bog this morning.
I saw one here a month ago but as they move around a lot it may be the same one, here for the Winter. Very difficult to get anywhere near it.

Marsh Tit with the Goldfinches on the feeders at Holton Lee this morning.

Coal Tit with the Goldfinches, noticeably smaller in comparison to the Marsh Tit.

Always nice to see a Nuthatch.

The Kingfisher stayed for 20 minutes or so catching fish but my camera isn't up to close ups. I hope to improve when I get my Nikon dslr.

All hedges are now cut, last week there were tractors and hedge trimers all over the place, now the numbers of birds coming into the garden have now double :)

So what happens when it's on the water @shiney? Does it just swim around in circles?

By the way, I think they're Egyptian Geese.

Ta! I didn't see them swimming :noidea: They were just walking and sunbathing.

You don't really expect me to remember back ten posts, do you? :snork:
They were a lot nearer Egypt than yours. :heehee: They were on the bank of the river Arno.
