                    Longham Lakes near Bournemouth Airport.
Three Great White Egrets together dwarfing their smaller 'Little' cousins. This may be a record for Dorset.
I had to wait half an hour for the fog to clear before I could see them.

A nice pair of Gadwall, smart looking and often overlooked ducks.

                        Chook lovers look away!!!!!
The resident Fox at the Middlebere National Trust holiday Cottages came round to the hide and sat and looked at me again but I had nothing to give him/her. Very healthy looking for a country Fox, no mange or missing fur and obviously fell fed.

No photo but I was mobbed by the birds yesterday whilst filling up the bird feeders. A robin landed on my shoulder and two blue tits sat on my left arm (the one that was doing the filling up). It's always the small birds that flock around me and never any of the big birds. Although the pheasants will watch from under the shrubs.
