Certainly different. I think I saw programme about the nursery on the Beeb years ago.
I think to make up my mind totally I'd have to visit it as I feel it's a bit difficult to get a real idea of what it's like. Part of me thinks it's hellish and wouldn't be out of place in Disneyland but another part thinks bits are really rather quaint. hHe likes dogs and rescued 1 so that's a big plus to me!

I'd love to visit the place myself. Perhaps if there is a member that lives near, they could take a trip there, take photos and give us all the GC take on things?

The place does seem rather British though in its positive eccentricity.

 

I think it's brilliant. And that chap's attitude just makes it even more awesome.

Most of what they are selling looks like an oriential take on Knomes to me

 

Oh Rosemary is rather fetching and noted not on the oriental theme. Why Rosemary? looking somewhat Greek/Roman I'd have thought she would be called Venus/Diana/Helen.
My favourite Donkey I used to lead on the beach when I was a little girl was called Rosemary and she was the most beautiful Donkey I've ever seen, so I suppose the name conjures up something very pretty to me and your statue fit the bill nicely.

 

I'm all confused now (not that it takes much!)

On the one hand, I like some of the things that the guy in the garden centre I posted has made. They are more individual. On the other, if only similar things to the ones in the place @shiney posted were available here...

 

Good god @shiney you have to come up with something better than that. I was expecting at the least some long and involved story about a lost love.
