              Hi All,

Re vamped the edging in the greenhouse. Itwas 6x1 timber, but I replaced with 6x2.

              Before
              image.jpg

              After
              image.jpg

I then moved onto the raised beds, same thing replace the rotting 6x1 boards with 6x2. I dismantled the first one and cut new timber to size, only to find that it was too small. It is 9x2 not 6x2 . What I have found out is that the bed I measured is in fact 6x2, the other 2 are 9x2 . I didn't even think to measure the height of all beds. I now need to get the timber for all the beds at 9x2. The 6x2 I have will now be used for my greenhouse staging.

              Rusty

We love Baslow when we stay at the CC club site at Chatsworth.A delightful part of the country:smile:

Too wet today to do anything in the garden apart from filling up the feeders for the birdies (before it started raining)and as I have a heavy cold and a lot of rain is forecast for next week I am going to hibernate until we get some decent weather or snow whichever comes first :snorky::Wino:
