I've made the false window today, think it would look better with the two middle horizontal beams painted black.

Got home again from Manchester and found the Postie had delivered the 3rd Dierama that I'd ordered. It came well packed and is a big plant so I'm well pleased with the buy and it's now in the Green House hardening off with the other two.:coffee::snorky:

I like it as it is @martin-f. :) Will the beams be horizontal or vertical?

Installed window painted it black in the end, i think my mind mind was made up :heehee:, lattice work, plastic roof, planters to make, decking for the base, climbing plants next, shame its reflecting on the houses but it serves a purpose,

It will make an ideal spot for the BBQ, I've temporary put the bird feeders there, they appear to like there reflection :).

We've just had our cess pool emptied :hate-shocked:. I think the smell has chased all the neighbours indoors :snork:.

I've spent half an hour hosing everything down, patio, driveway, four manhole covers and surrounds. The peg on my nose has left marks! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

I cut back my late clematis', three of them and put new bamboo obelisk shaped things already for them to grow up.

Having now seen it in the arbour @martin-f I still prefer it green, sorry! :) I think the green in between would have drawn the rest of the arbour into it and help it all blend together. But it's your choice of course. :)

Today I am worn out, having finished planting about 80 mixed hedging plants. Phew! It's taken most of the week. I had help digging the holes and am lucky enough to have a large supply of manure but I am glad that job is done.....now I can watch them grow, but first a glass of wine I think. :Wino:
