Yawn,yawn, wakey, wakey 2017

Aloha everyone,

It's student day today so chef (also chief cook and bottle washer) Shiney is on duty.

It doesn't feel quite so cold this morning and I've been over to the summerhouse to check that the heating has made it warm enough for the students.

I'm still shopping around for a car for Mrs Shiney and have found that I can get a better deal for a brand new car than for a one year old secondhand car. So far the best discount I've been offered on a new car is £6,500 with 0% finance

Just this minute started snowing, lightly.

 

@Trunky I hope the weather is better on Monday. We're off to the winter garden at Anglesey Abbey (should be just right) and I've booked a guided tour of their private collection. We expect to be meeting Kristen there

 

Hello Mrs Woo is poorly this morning and i'm cream crackered running up and down the stairs,just cooked her 2 poached eggs on toast (she's eating well)I think I will give her a hand bell just to stop her calling every 5 miutes

@shiney what's that sad face doing on your weather report

 

@wiseowl That was because robin was sitting on my shoulder but abandoned me for the bird feeder.

@wiseowl I hope Mrs Woo is feeling better this morning You need to get a little intercom system or a baby monitor system.

It's too dark at the moment to be able to see what the weather is like but I hope to get a little bit of gardening done.

We're being taken out to dinner this evening by a friend of Mrs S. as Mrs S. has been helping her with a health problem and I've been advising her on a legal matter - both successfully

Good morning @shiney thank you for asking Mrs Woo seems a lot better this morning she has had a good nights sleep

That is a good idea my friend,I think the intercom would be best at least I can turn that off

 

@wiseowl it's good to hear she is doing better. An intercom will save you having to run upstairs to find out that she wants a cuppa. You will only need to go up there once instead of twice. On the down side, she may call you more because she has the capability
