    Hi All

Would Mole hills make a good soil improver? The hills I see always look so good compared to my chalky allotment.

Mole activity only improves the soil in terms of the texture. Them pesky critters do a fine job of working into a fine tilth while they ruin the garden with their infernal tunnelling :red_card:.The nutrients will be whatever is in the soil to begin with. By all means use it on your allotment if the 'moled' earth looks better than what you've got.
