I am really ticked. Taking a break from work and watching Mrs. Miniver- was okay with the black and white until they started a scene with a flower show.

Linz, it may be 10 years old but you should NOT be renewing the clutch every year.

and you're right - I've been told that if I got into a fistycuff, people would put their fiver on me.. :heehee:

and I've been told that I'm a cross between McGuivor and Tug Boat Annie :heehee:

and I've been told that I certainly keep the boys at the pub on their best behaviour, no f sharps or other uncouth utterings :paladin:

            and it goes on,

but I'm not moaning about that - I put up my two greenhouses single handed and will do the same with this last one :snorky:

I usually get my plants from a local garden centre or free ( Freecycle ). However, I wanted a particular type of hardy Geranium that is safe for bunnies to nosh on. Unable to buy locally so bought online with Thompson and Morgan. I ordered on 28/1 and was told at the checkout that my plants would be delivered within a month. On 15/2 I received an email informing me that my Geraniums had been despatched to me and would arrive within 24 hours. The following day I got a voicemail left telling me that my Geraniums were,in fact, out of stock and would be back in stock in a fortnight :rolleyespink:. They did not arrive, so I emailed them twice. No reply to either mail. Several days later - today - I rang them and was told that the plants were expected in a few days. I cancelled the order. Wondering if there will be a battle to get my money back now.

Phone, and email, them saying you want your money back immediately as they are unable to fulfil the order according to the contract. :dbgrtmb:

I have already done all of the above and kept the original email informing that the Geraniums had been despatched.

Bloody men at the tip.. 3 of them watching me unload 9 bags of weeds/twigs/rotten cr@p and some wood and metal in the wrong bins... after unloading I'm getting back into the car, one comes over and says it needs to go in green waste, which was 8 bins away.. (the other side of the centre) Jebus jones... so I said
"you all watched me unload and then decide to tell me it's in the wrong bin"..
                      "we didn't watch you"
"Well how the eff do you know I got green waste!? You could of told me after the first bag, I'M NOT MOVING IT"
"You have to" and walks off to help a man twice the size of me!
Moves 2 bags and drove off.. tamping and wrecked! :(

Although there's no excuse for their attitude and what they did/didn't do, why didn't you go to the right bins in the first place? I, obviously, don't know about your tip but at ours they have them labelled very well. :noidea: :grphg:

I assumed it was the right bin to put it in, being mixed bags :frown:

Edit. They're not labelled very well at all :(

If it is unclear where waste is supposed to go you could always ask. But no excuse for their rude and unhelpful attitude. Perhaps you should write a letter of complaint outlining the lack of clear signage and the ' attitude ' of the staff. Never hurts to complain and even if nothing is done it will make you feel better:)
