          Actually it is hard to find a good old fashioned cheddar that makes the top of your mouth throb now. A lot of the really expensive ones still have that processed texture about them.

            They hate me on the drive-thrus.. no lettuce or tomato in a burger either so its cooked to order, fresh and hot :dbgrtmb:

                I was nick-named "Mouse" by one of my brothers because of my love of mature cheddar on toast. Can I recreate it now? No ...

                ... because nowadays, instead of that wonderful bubbling, turning golden, stringy, stretchy, salted gooeyness ... the cheese disintegrates into a thin layer of ... thing! :th scifD36:

                    Always use Canadian cheddar on toast with loads of black pepper and toasted sesame seeds.
