I was looking at the photo closely and it looks like a little alien creature is hiding in there.

With our unusually warm weather for February, our thaw continues. I can't help but think that each layer in the rock probably represents hundreds of thousands of years.

 

.....And that rock and possibly the water will still be there in the same amount of years to come, we hope!
