Bramble jungle!!

We've just moved into a new place and have this bramble type plant growing all over the garden. It's all across the lawn and along the sides.
I tried to dig out one of them l but it was a nightmare the roots are so far down.
If is use weed killer will this work to get rid of it...or do I need to continue to try and dig each one out to try and stop it coming back?

Yep, that's rubus fruiticosus alright

You can carry on digging them out or use a brushwood killer or a very strong glyphosate. Takes a few weeks to work

If it's all over the lawn just keep mowing. Eventually it will disappear.
