Just went back through the pictures of the amazing transformation you did @Zigs .

Really pleasant to leave the present and visit the past.

Lots of jerks out there. I can see not tending the gardens but dumping rubbish is inexcusable.

Just read through all this. Interesting. So you fixed up a place that was not yours, went away, came back and someone junked it up. the "real" owner did not care? Or did I miss something.

You got it Esther, real owner is an absent landlord that does the bear minimum to the place, only interested in getting rent. My mate who lives in the top flat would rather get drunk and watch netflix than tidy up or water plants, bloke who lives in the middle flat likes sitting in the garden but obviously don''t want to do much work in it and the shop just uses it as a smoking area.

Still, it gave me something to do while i was mad a few years back :spinning:

I was just reading a comment about some tenants...they were telling the landlord that the place was immaculate with no pets. But, the truth was that the place was filthy dirty and for pets they had: a rottweiler and a boa constrictor (probably in place in order to eat the landlord ) !!!
