    We buy Ozzy's food online; have done since we lived here. Order goes in - food delivered within 3 days. Until now!

    Mr "M" put the order in, as usual; 5 days later, still no food. Contacted the company who couldn't explain why it hadn't arrived and made sure he had a tracking number. Nine days pass. Tracking had shown it as: 8th delivery (in the morning); 71st delivery (after lunch); returned to depot (by teatime).
    Day 10: similar to Day 9. So, Mr "M" investigates where the depot is ... it is 5 miles away from us.
    Day 11: 21st delivery (a.m); 7th delivery (lunchtime); Returned to depot, card left (teatime)
    Check letter box, no card.
    Phone delivery group who state that the driver received no answer so put a card in the letter box; Mr "M" asked where he had tried to deliver to and the person on the phone quoted the post code - clearly not ours! While Mr "M" was still on the phone, I googled that postcode ... it doesn't even exist!! :mad:
    Long and the short of it, Mr "M" drove to the depot yesterday evening and collected it himself :th scifD36:

    It's one thing to mess up the delivery but it was cOmpounDEd with Lies :mad:

      I know, I know.. :sad: I never normally put anything in my ears except the corner of a towel but thought I'd "clean them" :wallbanging: Have no olive oil as it all been used on bread making :doh:and I was off the next morning.. so picked up Earex Advance (hydrogen peroxide) and it hasn't shifted anything, I have tinnitus to top it off! Just popped an amoxicillin, some paracetamol and more Earex dropped in :fingers crossed:

      Yodel are pants, has to be said. Have you had a refund for delivery?

        To be fair, there are 38 houses with the same number in your road and the postcode took me to a farm just outside the village :heehee:

        I did enjoy the wonderful stay and company once i'd found your place though :spinning:

                It has definitely been the year of the sycamore seedlings! I don't even have one in the neighbouring gardens but those pesky 'helicopters' have been prolific. :th scifD36:

                Isn't that the same for everyone? :scratch: :heehee:

                        I've just watched a prog where morbidly obese folk tried to explain why they can't eat healthy on £27000 a year :doh::doh::doh:

                        Now it's a bit beyond me, I might be missing something but I manage it on less than half that :th scifD36:

                        I must be doing something wrong? Instead of working my bollows off, getting up at 5am every morning and not getting back till gone 6 most days, maybe I should be just eating myself so big that I get a flat that I can moan about and get all my prescriptions paid for??????

                        :gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah::gaah:
