Sensible answer, I would assume that it would be handed over to the International Court of Justice. Depending on the outcome and the response the UK's credit rating could plummet.
It will depend upon our signed agreement with the EU. I can't see possible future payments being included but if they are they may not be enforceable. Payments until the end of the current year may be enforceable. From the little bit that I have gathered it appears as though the two year's notice under Article 50 is the equivalent of legal notice under any contract in this country. It would seem inequitable for the terms to include two year's notice and have any further ties after that.
The answer to that is in the question: if it is not enforceable. Any trade deals would resort to the World Trade Organisations guidelines/tariffs.
