WHAT JOBS ARE WE DOING IN THE GARDEN TODAY - 2017

Not very much today at all!
Opened the grow house at silly o'clock this morning and just closed it up for the night a few moments ago.
Spotted a couple of cheeky bindweed poking their tongues out at me as I walked down the garden path, so I pulled them up over it!
Topped up the water bowls/bird bath.
Scattered the weeks egg shells (baked and crushed) over some of the border in the vain hope it will deter slugs/add some nutrients to the garden: either or orther.

 

The last few days ive been sorting the greenhouse out, its been acting as a shed since installing it two years ago, removed all the rubbish two trips to the tip and installed a new floor and deck lights, I don't want to put anything in it now its looking ok .

 

I was decorating the bedroom all day, so not a lot done. This evening I have earthed up potatoes in bags, planted some strawberries and pricked out and potted on some 60 odd plants. I'm really starting to run out of room in the greenhouse.

Something tried to overpower the server as far as I can tell. So glad to see the staff have repaired things. When it's too dark to garden we can talk about it.

Yep, not much left this morning

 

Potted on some melons, dug the spinach out, finished me thinger and planted some oregon sugar peas out

Off to Salisbury now, someone keep an eye on Marley for me
