At least they're not like my Cats who make me reach for my Gas Mask after they've "visited" their Cat Litter trays

We did the same at the weekend. I asked the wife to get some spring greens from the greengrocers and she came back with a lettuce. Never again.

On driving back from Manchester today, I decided to drop in at the local B&Q to pick up the 500 litres of general purpose compost I need for the buckets which I use for the Green House Tomatoes. I always buy the 125 litre sacks, even though they weigh around 97lbs, as they're less "fiddly". But, on looking around, found that they'd just had a huge delivery of the 50 litre bags but the 125 litre sacks were nowhere to be seen:wallbanging::gaah:. I eventually found 4 of the large sacks "hidden" to one side of an alleyway and realised they had had a few rips in them that had been repaired with black tape even though no compost was missing or leaking out. Anyway, when I got the trolley to the cash desk I queried the damage and asked if there was a discount on them. The Assistant took one look and marked all the bags down on the price. So I paid £9 for 500 litres of compost instead of the nearly £28 I would have paid.:hapydancsmil::yes::snorky:

It's one of those days when I just have to keep doing jobs:dunno::heehee: So, now at 9pm, I've just finished spraying and cleaning the 15 buckets that I'm using for the Green House Tomatoes with Jeyes Fluid so I can, tomorrow night, plant them up with the Tomatoes.:dunno::snorky:

I have the same type @Spacemunkey mine are going out this weekend :)

Went up the plot and made up 2 hanging baskets. Potted on marigolds for in the tunnel next to toms, planted out antirrhinum, a dahlia, a few glad corms and anemone coronaria. Planted celery, weeded and pulled a few radish up.

Went back home and done 2 baskets and 3 pots with cherry toms in. Planted a poppy and a primula that should of been done weeks ago..still got 2 of each to put somewhere, more glad corms, more anemone coronaria and one of 5 ricinus communis/castor oil plant. No idea where I'll put the others. Filled up bird feeders and came in for a read.

Been staking dahlias and heleniums....growing very fast now
Potted up crinum bulbs. Drilled drainage holes in recently bought containers and planted up.

I was there yesterday, M6, M56, and back along A34 via Wilmslow, Holmes Chapel to M6 again, didn't have time for B&Q.

Been shifting everything from the greenhouse at home to my plot, only a few plants left to go tomorrow.

Earthed up the spuds I had forgotten about in the one raised bed, I had 3 left after I planted up my spud bags, so just threw them in the raised bed. Planted out chard, beetroot. Sowed a couple of rows of carrots and radish. Pricked out some lupins and moved courgettes into bigger pots.

Morning all. I'm mostly going round and either staking or ( if past their best) pulling up some very rain battered plants. Also I have begun planting out in more sheltered spots......will be glad to regain some workable space in the greenhouse:dbgrtmb:
