Nice easy journey home, got back in just over an hour. :)

Many thanks to Michael and Hannah for all the effort you put to making it a really enjoyable day out.

Good to meet up with friends old and new, I haven't laughed so much for a long time. It was lovely to spend a day just chatting, laughing and wandering around Shiney's superb garden with like minded folk.

Thanks FC, feeling alot better now but guarantee another one tomorrow-having horrid clusters of them at the moment.

Gutted I couldn't come, was really looking forward to it!

Well, hopefully next year you will be able to come - its taken me five years to get there! Do you have any idea what your trigger is? I believe cheese and coffee are two that are common.

Ah i've had them for over 20 years since I was about 10. Mum and grandma have had them too so hereditary. Can be anything from a strong smell of chlorine, a flash of sun in my eyes, heat, stress, hormones. Had them on the way to my accountancy exams but luckily escaped them on my wedding day. Gets very annoying.

They can range from just a headache to hours of head pain, paralysis, sickness, can't see or speak. Had all sorts of tablets including epilepsy drugs. Having some time off the drugs for a bit and suffering for it. Humph.

Hopefully next year things will be more settled :)

@Snorky85, I suffered terribly with migraine when I sat my GCSE's....have you tried meditation? It helped me a lot.

I thankfully don't have migraines anymore (i found drinking lots of water helps, any meds I've ever taken for migraines always make me sick)

I'm sorry you couldn't come today, but I hope we will see you next year, look after yourself. Xx

One year, one year, I will make it to Shineyland! I'm actually in the UK at the moment, but as usual, I am tied up with visiting mum.

One year, I will put my foot down, and come along!!
