      thats pretty cool!

start your own private healthclub gym .... place a free add on gumtree .... get a few clients, cut them a key and charge them £50 per month for access to the gym ...

let them book specific time slots so that you can control the times and that not everyone pitches up at the same time

there are many older people, and many people who are shy who would like to join a gym, but are too embaressed to go, as there are too many people

money made will pay towards the upkeep of the equipment and your cost of building the place

I do gym 5 times a week ... X-trainer is ok but if I had to only buy only 1 machine for home, it would a treadmill

you get fitter, breathe harder and sweat more and can set the speed

Hidcote Manor Gardens again to glaze the new doors and start decorating all three pairs. The Gardens are closed on Thursday and Friday and so I get to roam with the place all to myself:thumbsup:....during official breaks of course:D

Pal - we love seeing your jobs - you really seem to get the pick of the crop. :dbgrtmb: But I suspect that your quality and reputation have something to do with it.
