Well, the chairs had re-shuffled themselves on the patio, and a few pots had blown about, but everything else is fine despite the wind - gazebo hasn't moved an inch, which I am pleased to see, especially given how battered the local roadside trees were looking on the way home.

You seem to have been lucky @fat controller:dbgrtmb:. We've had no let up today at all, had to come to the aid of our Acer a short while ago:frown:

You mean stoat? Or did they talk about the two? I was mesmerised by everything! You know me. It's a beautifully made programme. Just love Martin's passion. Just such a lovely programme.

It was soooo windy that it's just unbelievable. All the branches of my trees are flapping. One tomato plant was snapped right near the base because it was on the forefront of the wind direction. Apart from that, it's OK. I hope your acer is OK, @Upsydaisy

@shiney Yeah! Glad that you like campanula pink octopus too. Unique and interesting, don't you think!? Amazing details ... Stunning photos, @shiney

@martin-f I have mine in a south facing border and it benefits from the west setting sun - a spot so warm that someone else's cat has booked that spot for his sunbathing. Can't you plant it in a sunnier spot?
