@wiseowl Your first bird is a male Chaffinch and the black coloured bird looks like a Crow to me:smile:

@Rustler nice to see you out in the fresh air with your camera and I like your set up behind the camouflage screen:thumbsup: Have you been watching Springwatch this year as Chris Packham has one of those pop up tents in the same colours as your screen and I think they are brilliant for watching and photographing wildlife:thumbsup:

Yesterday we went to see the peregrine family in Bath. The nest box is midway up the tower of St John's Church. Please excuse me for the quality of the photos since they were just a bit too far for my hand held, zoom-but-don't-breath-and-keep-still ability:redface:

Dad was standing 2-3 meters above the nest box to keep a close eye on the 2 remaining chicks
                        IMG_0392.JPG

Mum made a couple of fly passes and landed briefly on the top of the tower.
                        IMG_0393.JPG

Of the 2 "girls" that remain in the nest, one was standing on the roof and exercising her wings vigorously.

@wiseowl. Hi ya Woo. Already walked the walk this morning with Diesel dog. Got some great Donkey pics. Ha ha. We seem to have regular feeding times so can do a bit of a few garden chores between the 'twitching hours'
@Kandy. Thank you. The screen is a bought bird hide that you basically wear. With cutout for lens. I've tried to construct many a frame for it and it is very useful.
Yes, loving Spring watch as usual but record it as can't sit in front of the telly when the weather is good.

Have a good one people, Russ.
