A blue cursor.

I get this problem when I'm typing a post some times and also when typing an e mail.

If I go back to try to change some thing, such as spelling or some such dodgy grammar, I get this blue upright blob, instead of the usual narrow black vertical line.
Trouble is that it kind of keeps deleting what is in front of it, as I alter my text.

It's pretty annoying, so sometimes I just give up and write it all again.
With one finger that aint easy.

Any ideas how I stop this blue vertical blob?
It's really getting to me at times, and makes me want to give up, which I have done on more than one occasion.

 

Try pressing INS key Pete.

 

OK. I pressed it.
Will it now go away?

It should do Pete, I think @ARMANDII has his pressed ?, usually happens when cleaning the keyboard.

 

Well if it is the Ins key, what is the point of it?
Just drives me round the bend.
Or maybe that is why it is there, to make us ordinary people go crazy.

 

I don't know to be honest Pete I'm a one finger man to , once had a similar problem and that was the cause.

 

So lets start a campaign to have the Ins key removed from all key boards, lets face it there is far too much clutter anyway.

 

Ill send you my Grandkid's round Pete, one of them ruined two of my daughters laptop in a week pulled all the keys off, young buggers

 

It could be anywhere on the keyboard A, might say Insert rather than Ins.

 

My ins key also has prt sc on it. Does that help shed any light for you @ARMANDII ?
